Justine Brook M.MUS.St.,Grad Phys, MISCP
Justine is a highly qualified physiotherapist with over twenty years of experience. She graduated in 2003 with a Masters degree from the world renowned University of Western Australia in Perth, and qualified as a physiotherapist in 1991 from Leeds, UK.
She has been working in private practice since 1997 and has specialised in Sports and Orthopaedic medicine.
Justine has acted as physiotherapist at Inter County level for both GAA football and hurling. She was physiotherapist to the Wicklow Senior football team 1999/2000, the Dublin Senior football team 2001 and the Dublin Senior hurling team in 2004.
Justine has a particular interest in Cognitive Functional Training/Rehabilitation of chronic/complex conditions. She has also completed a dry needling course which she uses in conjunction with her manual skills to treat myofascial pain.
Justine is also a qualified Pilate’s instructor and specialises in Clinical Pilates, working with clients with a history of spinal pain, including osteoporosis and sports injuries.
