Eoghan O’Sullivan

BSc.(Hons) Physiotherapy, MSc. Sports & Exercise Medicine

Eoghan is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. He has 10 years of experience in private practice, focusing on musculoskeletal and sports medicine. Eoghan completed his BSc in Physiotherapy in University College Dublin and completed an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine in Trinity College Dublin, where he was awarded the clinical prize for best performance in the clinical exams.

Eoghan has treated athletes competing on the elite international stage in rugby, soccer, triathlon, squash, swimming and diving. He acts as team physio for IRFU U20S and WXV. Head physiotherapist for FAI WU16s. He is also the Head Physiotherapist for Clontarf RFC and Belvedere College SJ Senior Cup squad.

Eoghan has served as Education Officer with the Chartered Physiotherapists in Sport and Exercise Medicine, helping to organise and coordinate courses for the professional development of sports physiotherapists.

Eoghan approaches any issue with an holistic approach; he educates his patients on the reasons behind the injury and treatment, then tailors treatment to focus on the patient’s goals to maximise patient motivation and outcomes.

Personal Sporting Profile

  • Like every Kerry man Eoghan grew up dreaming of Croke Park as well as playing Soccer and Rugby.

  • These days he enjoys Golf, Gym, Surfing, Swimming and walking his two Golden Retrievers.
