Justine Brook M.MUS.St., Grad Phys, MISCP
Justine has acted as physiotherapist at Inter County level for both GAA football and hurling. She was physiotherapist to the Wicklow Senior football team 1999/2000, the Dublin Senior football team 2001 and the Dublin Senior hurling team in 2004.
Justine has a particular interest in Cognitive Functional Training in the Rehabilitation of chronic and complex conditions. In 2014 she completed a specialised training programme with FMS (Functional Movement Screen) with Gray Cook. She complements her manual skills with the use of dry needling to treat myofascial pain.
Justine is also a qualified Pilate’s instructor and specialises in Clinical Pilates, working with clients with a history of sports injuries and spinal problems. She runs specific classes for clients with osteoporosis and runs a balance and fall prevention programme.
