
Christine Verveen – Pilates Instructor
Chris is a Chartered Physiotherapist masters level with over 20 years’ experience in physiotherapy and 13 years as a Pilates instructor. Chris is committed to working on your individual exercise goals and strives to ensure that you develop a strong understanding of your posture, body awareness and core control, whether in an individual or group setting.
Chris trained at University College Dublin. She completed her Master of Physiotherapy post-graduate training at Melbourne University in 2015, specialising in Women’s health, pelvic floor physiotherapy and exercise for women. Chris is trained in using “real-time” ultrasound technology and can use the clinic’s state-of-the-art equipment to thoroughly assess the deep stabilising muscles if required.
Chris also has special interests in ante-natal and post-natal exercise, orthopaedics, general rehabilitation and spinal conditioning, which is delivered through her targeted Pilates sessions.
